Q4 results live: MNCL Research | Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd - Q4FY25 First cut

MNCL Research | Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd - Q4FY25 First cut |

CMP- Rs 1,490; TP- Rs 1,530 (under revision)

The company posted a revenue growth of 9.8% YoY (-9.4% QoQ) to Rs.4,461mn. (MNCL Est. Rs 4,658mn)

Gross margins for the quarter contracted by 345bps YoY (-78bps QoQ) to 44.3%. OPM for the quarter expanded by 198bps YoY (-3bps QoQ) to 12.5%. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 556mn (-5.3% YoY, -9.6% QoQ).

PAT for the quarter stood at Rs. 343mn (+2% YoY, -0.9% QoQ).

View: - While we remain constructive on Mrs. Bectors’ long-term growth story, supported by its capex-led expansion (benefits of which are likely to accrue beyond FY27E) and early play in frozen bakery, the near-term performance will remain modest and seems to be largely baked into the price.

Landmark Cars Q4 results live: MNCL Research – Landmark Cars - Company Update – Expansion laid, time to deliver earnings.

MNCL Research – Landmark Cars - Company Update – Expansion laid, time to deliver earnings.

CMP- Rs.480; Target price- Rs.630 Rating- BUY

We maintain our BUY rating on Landmark Cars with a revised target price of Rs.630 (earlier Rs.750), factoring in a downward revision in earnings estimates to reflect a more gradual recovery in sales and profitability.

While the company delivered strong topline growth aided by new OEM additions, margins were impacted by a lower mix of Mercedes-Benz sales and initial costs from recently launched showrooms and workshops.

With major store openings now behind, we expect margins to improve from FY26E onward, supported by a meaningful reduction in losses from new outlets. Encouraging traction from newer OEMs, especially BYD—which recorded robust sales in April and May, could be a key growth driver ahead.

We remain positive on Landmark’s long-term prospects, underpinned by strong execution, expanding OEM portfolio, and steady after-sales service revenue.

TCPL Packaging Q4 results live: Key highlights | Comments from Saket Kanoria, Managing Director,TCPL Packaging

“We are pleased to report a robust financial performance for FY25, marked by a 15% growth in revenue, a 17% increase in EBITDA, and a 44% rise in Profit After Tax. These results reflect our operational excellence and the successful execution of growth initiatives, despite a subdued domestic demand environment.

We have also initiated plans to establish an in-house gravure cylinder manufacturing facility, which is expected to be commissioned in Q3 FY2026 with an annual capacity of 12,000 cylinders. This backward integration initiative will leverage advanced engraving technologies to enhance process control, print quality, and delivery speed, further strengthening TCPL’s competitive edge.

Looking ahead, TCPL’s strong balance sheet and disciplined investments provide a solid foundation to pursue emerging opportunities in the dynamic packaging sector. With a consistent30-year revenue CAGR of ~17.6%, we continue to evaluate avenues to sustain higher growth rates and create long-term value for our stakeholders. As the Indian packaging industry consolidates around larger, organised players, our emphasis on innovation, operational strength, and expanding presence ensures we remain well-positioned to drive sustainable growth and strengthen our industry presence.”
