Q4 results live today: Birla Corporation consolidated Q4 net profit rises 32.7%
Consolidated net profit of Birla Corporation Limited, the flagship company of M P Birla group, increased 32.7 per cent at Rs 256.60 crore during the fourth quarter of 2024-25 as compared to Rs 193.34 crore in the corresponding previous period.
The company informed the bourses after a board meeting held on Friday that consolidated total income increased 6.8 per cent at Rs 2,863.14 crore as against Rs 2,680.13 crore in the previous similar period. - PTI

Q4 results live today: Thermax Q4 profit up 10% to ₹206 cr
Energy and environment solutions provider Thermax on Friday posted about 10 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 206 crore for March quarter FY25 mainly due to higher revenues.
In the year-ago period, the company earned a profit of Rs 188 crore, a company statement said.
Operating revenue during the quarter was at Rs 3,085 crore as against Rs 2,764 crore in the year-ago period.
The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 14 per equity share of Rs 2 each for 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders.

Q4 results live today: Cholamandalam Financial Holdings report consolidated Q4 PAT at ₹1,362.18 cr
Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd has reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 1,362.18 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter, the company said on Friday.
The city-headquartered company had registered a profit after tax of RS 1,143.75 crore registered during the corresponding quarter of last financial year.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2025 the consolidated PAT grew to RS 4,739.88 crore from Rs 3,850.56 crore registered during the corresponding quarter of last financial year.

Q4 results live today: Dr Reddy’s Lab Q4 profit up 21% to ₹1,587 cr
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories on Friday said its consolidated net profit increased 21 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,587 crore during the March quarter, aided by strong sales across all regions, including the US and India.
The Hyderabad-based drug firm had reported a net profit of Rs 1,307 crore during the January-March period of the previous fiscal year.
Revenue increased to Rs 8,506 crore for the period under review as against Rs 7,083 crore in the year-ago period, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories said in a regulatory filing. - PTI

Q4 results live today: Swiggy’s Q4 net loss nearly doubles to ₹1,081 cr
Food delivery and quick commerce platform Swiggy on Friday reported widening of consolidated net loss during the March quarter to Rs 1,081.18 crore, due to significant investments in quick commerce.
The company had reported a net loss of Rs 554.77 crore on a consolidated basis in the year-ago period.
Swiggy’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 4,410 crore during the January-March period, as against Rs 3,045.5 crore a year earlier, a regulatory filing showed.
However, its total expenses shot up to Rs 5,609.6 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 3,668 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. - PTI

Q4 results live today: Southern Petrochemicals clocks Q4 standalone PAT at ₹13.09 cr
Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd (SPIC) reported a standalone profit of Rs 13.09 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter, the company said on Friday.
The city-based agri-nutrient and fertiliser company had registered a standalone net loss of Rs 29.18 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the standalone net profit rose to Rs 130.84 crore, up from Rs 87.91 crore recorded in the year-ago period.
Standalone total income during the quarter under review surged to Rs 759.44 crore, compared to Rs 132.46 crore in the same quarter last year. - PTI

Q4 results live news: Union Bank Q4 profit jumps 50%; sees pressure on margins with RBI’s rate cuts
State-owned Union Bank of India’s March quarter net profit jumped 50 per cent to Rs 4,985 crore, and a top official Friday said RBI’s rate cuts will keep its net interest margins under pressure going forward.
The bank had earned a net profit of Rs 3,311 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal.
Total income rose to Rs 33,254 crore in the quarter as compared to Rs 31,058 crore in the same period a year ago.

Auto components maker Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd on Friday reported a 13.85 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 164.93 crore in the March quarter impacted by higher expenses and raw material cost.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 191.44 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd (MSWIL) said in a regulatory filing.
Total revenue from operations in the fourth quarter stood at Rs 2,509.52 crore as against Rs 2,232.67 crore in the year-ago period, it added. - PTI

Q4 results live news: Britannia Q4 profit rises 4.2% to ₹559.13 cr, sales up 9% at ₹4,375.6 cr
Bakery food company Britannia Industries Ltd has reported a 4.2 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 559.13 crore for the March quarter of FY25, despite subdued demand and a challenging operating environment.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 536.61 crore in the same quarter a year ago, according to a late-night regulatory filing on Thursday by Britannia Industries.
Britannia Industries’ revenue from the product sales rose 9 per cent to Rs 4,375.57.30 crore in the March quarter.
Its revenue from the operation increased 8.9 per cent to Rs 4,432.19 crore in the March quarter from Rs 4,069.36 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. - PTI

MSWIL reports 7.1% revenue growth in Q4
Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited (MSWIL) announced its highest-ever quarterly performance with revenues reaching ₹2,391 crores for Q4FY25, representing a 7.1 per cent year-over-year growth. The company reported these figures in its financial results released today.
MSWIL maintained its position as a key supplier to 9 out of India’s top 10 highest-selling passenger vehicle models for FY25. The wiring harness manufacturer achieved an 8.8 per cent revenue growth for the full fiscal year, surpassing overall industry volume growth.
The company reported EBITDA of ₹297 crores for Q4FY25, a 2.1 per cent increase compared to the same period last year, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹188 crores, a slight decrease of 1.6 per cent year-over-year.
One of MSWIL’s three greenfield plants has commenced production this year, with the remaining two facilities at various completion stages and on track to begin operations as scheduled. Electric vehicle components now account for 4 per cent of the company’s Q4 revenues.
“The company has delivered robust performance this quarter, with revenue growth surpassing industry averages,” said Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman of MSWIL. He noted that while maintaining debt-free status, the company continues to focus on operational efficiencies and capacity expansion to meet requirements for both internal combustion engine and electric vehicle programs.
MSWIL, a joint venture between Samvardhana Motherson International Limited and Sumitomo Wiring Systems, reported a 42 per cent return on capital employed for FY25, exceeding its 40 per cent target.

Sutlej Textiles reports Narrowed Q4 losses, shows signs of recovery
Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited reported a consolidated net loss of ₹13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, a significant improvement from the ₹26 crore loss in the previous quarter, according to a press release issued today.
The textile manufacturer posted consolidated revenue of ₹686 crore in Q4FY25, up 4 per cent from ₹658 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA more than doubled to ₹16 crore from ₹7 crore in the previous quarter, with margins improving to 2.4 per cent from 1.1 per cent.
For the full fiscal year 2025, Sutlej Textiles recorded a consolidated total income of ₹2,699 crore, slightly down from ₹2,727 crore in FY24. Annual net loss narrowed to ₹68 crore from ₹136 crore in the previous year, marking a 50 per cent improvement.
Executive Chairman C.S. Nopany described FY25 as “challenging” due to “global uncertainties, unpredictable demand, and changing trade and tariff rules” affecting the textile industry. He noted that the company had focused on “cutting costs, boosting efficiency, and building stronger relationships with customers in key markets.”
The company maintained its ‘A+’ long-term credit rating from India Ratings, though with a ‘negative’ outlook, and an ‘A1’ rating for short-term bank facilities.
Sutlej Textiles, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, operates with a total spinning capacity of 415,104 spindles and exports to more than 60 countries worldwide. The company recently received a Gold Award for Highest Export of Synthetic & Rayon Dyed Yarns at MATEXIL on March 30, 2025.

Intellect Design Arena Q4 profit jumps 58% to ₹135 crore
Intellect Design Arena reported a 58 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to ₹135.32 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹85.48 crore in the same period last year. The company’s revenue from operations rose 19 per cent year-on-year to $727.35 crore from ₹612.14 crore.
EBITDA for Q4FY25 stood at ₹226.86 crore, with total income (including other income) reaching ₹748.55 crore. The software solutions provider secured nine new deals during the quarter through its eMACH.ai platform, including significant contracts with a London Market brokerage firm and a UK-based global bank.
For the full financial year 2024-25, Intellect Design Arena posted a consolidated net profit of ₹332.77 crore, relatively flat compared to ₹333.69 crore in FY24. Annual revenue from operations was ₹2,495.50 crore against ₹2,513.13 crore in the previous year.
The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share and a special dividend of ₹3 per share, bringing the total dividend to 140 per cent of face value, double the previous year’s payout.
Intellect also announced the launch of Purple Fabric 3.0, which it described as “the world’s first Open Business Impact AI Platform,” designed to help enterprises scale AI implementation with measurable business impact.
